What is This Thing Called Prayer

Prayer takes many forms, whether it is through meditation, liturgy, the rosary, or journaling. During this retreat, we will explore many types of prayer, how to pray, what to do when confronting difficulty in prayer, and how to get help with personal prayer. In this workshop, we will pray as we go to become familiar with different ways of conversing with God. The day will include Mass. If you do not wish to attend Mass, you may use this time for spiritual reading or reflection. Please bring a favorite prayer to share and a bible.
