Refund and Cancellation Policy
Program, Retreat and Event Registration
Registration is essential due to space limitations. Reservations are accepted in the order we receive them.You are considered registered when we have a completed form and payment or if you register over the phone with a credit card payment. Registration within two weeks of the start date of the program must be made by phone or fax and paid in full with credit card.
Confirmation of Registration:
- Reservations are not confirmed until the minimum deposit is received. Guests will receive a reservation confirmation once his/her reservation deposit has been received.

Bon Secours Spiritual Center(BSSC) programs have limited enrollments, so you will have a personal, enriching spiritual experience. This also means we must be accurate in our projections of attendees and, as good stewards, well prepared to serve you. Therefore, we buy only the materials and food we need to meet our commitments to you, our guests and we keep our program margins very slim. For your part, you help us by providing a deposit or payment in full before a program to be sure of your commitment to join us and to help us defray overhead costs. To help us all be successful in this ministry, please comply with these practices in registering for a BSSC sponsored program.

Day Programs: To register for a day-long program, payment in full at the time of registration is required. If you cannot attend the program, notify BSSC at least 3 days before the program and we will send you a refund minus a $25 program preparation fee. No refund if you notify us less than 3 days (72 hours) before the program.
- Overnight Programs: A minimum deposit holds your place for all programs at registration. Payment in full is required two (2) weeks before an overnight program’s start date.

| A Retreat Services guest planning to attend any day, weekend, or weeklong retreat will receive a refund of his/her deposit minus a $25.00 fee with a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to his/her arrival date and time. |
| If a Retreat Services guest cancels with less than 72 hours prior to his/her attendance, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the deposit rule. If any additional funds were paid, any balance over the deposit rule will be refunded. |
Cancellation Policy:

If BSSC cancels a program a full refund of all pre-paid deposits will be returned to all program registrants.
